By diving into a world where “good” and “bad” aren’t always as they seem, participants are encouraged to develop empathy and see things from a new perspective.
ABOUT THE SHOW
Before Ariel’s love story, there was Ursula’s tale of ambition, resilience, and misunderstood magic. In this interactive performance, participants will join Ursula on a hilarious and heartwarming journey, uncovering how the infamous Sea Witch became a misunderstood villain.
Participants step into Ursula’s world alongside Oceanus, a once-hopeful merfolk with big dreams. Through interactive storytelling, audience members will join the characters on quests, help with spells, and even participate in challenges like the Bubble Burst Relay and the Heroes or Villains game. Ursula’s charismatic, slightly devious charm and Oceanus’s ambition drive a narrative about the power of perspective, the value of honesty, and the risks of unchecked ambition.
With captivating storytelling, audience involvement, and playful characters, Tall Tales: Ursula’s Story reveals that there’s always more beneath the surface.
