We are looking forward to creating an incredible production of Willy Wonka Jr. Over the course of this program, participants will learn and strengthen theatrical fundamental skills that translate to everyday life.
This portal is designed to keep you informed of all that is happening during the production process. It will also serve as a place to access resources, forms, and any updates to logistics and schedules.

Production Dates
Monday, February 12th and Tuesday, February 13th* at 6:00 PM ET.
Doors open at 5:45 PM ET for friends and family. Students will be called at 4:00 PM ET.
Student Matinees: Participants will showcase selected songs from Wonka at both LVI and BI on Monday, February 12th. More details to come!
DRESS REHEARSAL/ PRODUCTION LOCATION: Auditorium, Locust Valley Middle/High School, 99 Horse Hollow Rd, Locust Valley, NY 11560.
In the event of inclement weather there are two tentative snow dates in place. Tuesday, January 30th will be held for a cancelled rehearsal. Wednesday, February 14th will be held for a cancelled performance.

DRESS REHEARSAL/PRODUCTION NOTE: Please provide the participant with a substantial snack for the extended Dress Rehearsal and Monday, February 12th Production Day. mainstages will be providing a Pizza Cast Party on Tuesday, February 13th prior to the final performance.
TRANSPORTATION NOTE: Students will be bussed from BI & LVI to the MS/HS after school on all program dates. BI staff advisor, Margaret Morgano, will meet students at the main entrance/drop off to escort them into the MS/HS. The mini-theater is a wonderful rehearsal space where students from both BI and LVI can collaborate on this production. Students should be picked up at the conclusion of each rehearsal at the main vestibule at the MS/HS.
