LUHI Willy Wonka Jr. Production Portal

mainstages and LUHI are looking forward to coming together for the Willy Wonka Jr! Production Specialty Camp. This Specialty Camp program experience allows participants to learn and strengthen basic theater skills, terminology, and realize the elements of show production.

This portal is designed to share all relevant production materials including the Willy Wonka JR! script, vocal music rehearsal tracks, along with supplemental documents to help support your young performers at home in between rehearsals.

This specialty camp runs Monday, August 12th - Friday, August 23rd from 9:00am-4:00pm ET.

AUDITIONS

Auditions will take place on the very first day of camp, Monday, August 12th. If your young performer will be missing this day, please submit a video audition to programming@mainstages.com by Friday, August 9th with the following...

• Song - 30 seconds (acapella) - This should be a song they feel confident singing! It can be anything from Wonka, a Disney song, or even HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
• Movement - 30 seconds of free movement to a song of their choice. Have fun!
• Acting - Line Reading of “I take my hot chocolate with marshmallows!” in 3 different emotions: Happy, Sad, Angry.
